Same and Next Day Delivery will be delivered no earlier than 1pm, and no later than 6pm. (Please note that we are working on delivery time slots. Once Delivery Time Slots become available in your area, upon checkout an option for it will be present.) Once your order has been shipped, you will be notified by email and should expect delivery within an hours time from the Out for Delivery Notification. Another email will be sent once the order has been delivered successfully. Please write in Notes or Under Second Address Line, under shipping details, any gate or access codes that may be needed for drivers to fulfill doorstep delivery, as this will help with faster delivery service to you and others. If there are no such codes given where needed, the driver will deliver package with concierge, or near a gate or a point of entry to complex. Refunds and or online credit is only applicable to spoiled non perishable products. We ensure that all products are checked and inspected before shipping out for delivery. If there happens to be any spoiled products in an order, please take a picture of any such product upon delivery (within a 24 hour window from delivery time) and email it to firstname.lastname@example.org for review. Upon review, if spoiled product is eligible for refund or online credit, you shall receive an email along with an automatic refund or code for credit upon next order placed.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Due to COVID we are unable to return or exchange any products at the time as the Health Department has mandated. To Cancel an Order, the request to cancel must be done before 11am of the date set for delivery. Any request for cancellation after the 11am cut off may be reviewed for approval, but is not subject to approval, pending the status of the order. If an Order status has changed to Out For Delivery, that Order is no longer eligible to be cancelled. Approved Cancelled Orders may be subject to a fee of $20, depending on status of an Order (i.e. if an order has already been packed and is ready for delivery, the cancellation fee of $20 can be imposed).
